Paddle Board Fitness Overview

Discover a new way to work out! Starting with a brief introduction to paddling we will get on the water and paddle to a designated location where we will anchor down and have class.
A combination of cardio and strength training make this class awesome for the beginner and experienced paddler alike. Working out on the water engages new muscles that you may not even know you had! Common exercises include plank variations, mountain climbers, push-up sand paddle twists. The class ends with a slow and deep stretching session the board (and maybe a dip!).


  • Duration: 1 hour on water
  • Price: $29 per person (includes paddle board, paddle, pfd, instructor)
  • Reservations are required, limited availability
  • Dates: Check available dates below under Reservations. You can also request an individual class date with a minimum of 3 people!
  • Class might be rescheduled or canceled based on weather, river conditions, or minimum participation

What to bring

  • Towel and extra clothes to change to after the class. Expect to get wet.
  • Sunscreen
  • Cheap sunglasses
  • Water

What to wear

  • Quick-dry clothing or swim wear with a cover up depending on the weather
  • Water shoes or closed-toe sandals that you can take off if you choose to do yoga barefoot
  • Hat (optional)
