Paddle Board Fitness Overview
Discover a new way to work out!
Starting with a brief introduction to paddling we will get on the water and paddle to a designated location where
we will anchor down and have class.
A combination of cardio and strength training make this class awesome for the beginner and experienced paddler alike. Working out on the water engages new muscles that you may not even know you had! Common exercises include plank variations, mountain climbers, push-up sand paddle twists. The class ends with a slow and deep stretching session the board (and maybe a dip!).
