Kayak Fishing
Kayaking river trip

Kayak fishing on the Cape Fear River is an exciting adventure for anyone who loves fishing and the great outdoors. The Cape Fear River offers excellent fishing opportunities with broad variety of species, on the river section with no motor traffic and plenty of fish to catch!
As you embark on your kayak fishing trip, you will be surrounded by the beauty of the river and the lush greenery of the surrounding landscape. Cape Fear River is home to a wide range of fish species, including largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. With a little bit of luck and some expert fishing skills, you'll have the opportunity to catch some trophy-sized fish.
As you fish from your kayak, you'll be able to enjoy the scenery and wildlife of the river up close. You may spot turtles sunbathing on logs, herons stalking fish in the shallows, and even the occasional river otter swimming by.
When it's time to take a break from fishing, you can stop at one of the many sandbars or riverbanks along the way to enjoy a picnic lunch or take a refreshing swim in the cool waters of the river.
As the day draws to a close, you'll paddle back to our ramp, tired but content after a day on the water.
