Paddleboard Yoga Overview
Cape Fear River Adventures is pleased to offer all new and exciting paddleboard yoga classes! Amplify the already amazing benefits of yoga by practicing outdoors on the water! The class is a slow pace vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. Common asanas included in SUP yoga practice are downward-facing dog, the cat-cow combination, child’s pose and corpse pose. Skilled yogis may attempt challenging standing asanas such as tree pose and warrior one. The class ends with a tranquil svanasana on the water!
