Yoga by the River & Ommosa
A river inspired yoga class to help balance your mind, body, and soul. Friendly to all skill levels, no yoga experience necessary. You will learn how to use different parts of your body and your environment to reduce stress and promote a calm, clear mentality as well as be guided to relax yourself and enjoy the nature surrounding you. Enjoy Ommosa after the practice and the Lost Paddle Pizza overlooking the river! Bring your own mat (BYOM), water, and an additional ground layer such as a blanket or beach towel if you wish.
