COVID-19 safety measures and information

We just wanted to let y’all know that we are here! We still believe that being outside in the sun and fresh air is one of the best ways to stay healthy and an unbeatable way to spend your day. Even if you choose not to spend “outside time” with us on Cape Fear River, we stand by your choice to stay home and hang out in the backyard or drink a tea on the front porch 🙂 Be well, friends! Please know that while we are still open and providing outdoor activities for our community, we are taking extra precautions at this time. Some precautionary measures, but not all, include:

😷 Masks are required to be worn on land and in shuttle vans and buses!

🍃 Sanitizing all equipment after each use. This means boats, paddles, life jackets, and frequently used areas of our facilities and transport vans are sanitized after each use!

🛶 We provide online reservation booking, online payment, and extremely detailed online trip descriptions to eliminate close contact with individuals.

🌤 Online waiver forms (when trips are reserved and paid for online) remove the need for hand-to-hand exchange of any money, filling out of forms, or even entering our facility.

🐞 While on land and water we practice social distancing as an additional measure to wearing masks. Every group should maintain 6ft or more between other guests and/or employees while on land or water.
